Vegan Walnut-Sherry Vinaigrette

A vegan sherry vinaigrette made with Elmhurst™ Milked Walnuts, whole grain mustard, and walnut oil.

½ cup Elmhurst™ Milked Walnuts

½ cup Sherry Vinegar
¼ cup Agave Nectar
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
2 cup Walnut Oil
¼ cup Walnuts, Chopped


  1. Place the Elmhurst™ Milked Walnuts, sherry vinegar, agave nectar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a blender and mix until well combined.
  2. Slowly add the walnut oil as the blender emulsifies the oil and vinegar.
  3. Fold in the walnuts.
