Vegan Peach Lassi

An Indian non-dairy lassie made with peach, cardamom, agave nectar, and Elmhurst™ Milked Almonds.

Serving size: approx. 1¼ cups


1 cup Elmhurst™ Milked Almonds
1 cup Peach Puree
2 tsp. Agave Nectar
½ tsp. Cardamom
½ cup Vegan Yogurt Substitute
2 tsp. Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Lime Juice


  1. Blend peach puree, agave nectar, and cardamom in a blender until smooth and divide between two glasses.
  2. Rinse blender pitcher.
  3. Blend Elmhurst™ Milked Almonds, vegan yogurt substitute, sugar, and lime juice in the blender until smooth.
  4. Pour over top of the peach mixture.
