Peach Lassi

An Indian yogurt lassie made with peach, cardamom, honey, and ElmhurstMilked Almonds.

Prep time: about 10 mins.
Yield: 2 Servings
Serving size: approx. 1¼ cups


1 cup ElmhurstMilked Almonds
1 cup Peach Puree
1 tbsp. Honey
½ tsp. Cardamom
½ cup Greek Yogurt
2 tsp. Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Lime Juice


  1. Blend peach puree, honey, and cardamom in a blender until smooth and divide between two glasses.
  2. Rinse blender pitcher.
  3. Blend ElmhurstMilked Almonds, yogurt, sugar, and lime juice in the blender until smooth.
  4. Pour over top of the peach mixture.
