Orange-Almond Glazed Pork

Grilled pork chops coated in an orange –  Elmhurst Milked Almonds™ glaze and fresh rosemary.

Yield: 4 servings
Serving Size: 1 Pork Chop


½ cup Elmhurst Milked Almonds
½ cup Orange Juice
4 Pork Chops
1 tbsp. Rosemary
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper


  1. Put the Elmhurst Milked Almonds and orange juice in a small sauce pan.
  2. Simmer and reduce until it starts to thicken.
  3. Mix half of the glaze with the olive oil and rosemary, and set the other half aside until grilling.
  4. Rub the pork chops in the mixture and let it marinade for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  5. Preheat the grill to 400°F. Clean and oil as needed.
  6. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and grill for about 8-10 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Brush the remaining glaze on the pork chops towards the last few minutes of grilling.
