Egg, Ham & Cheese Quiche

A baked egg, ham, and cheddar cheese quiche made with Elmhurst™ Milked Almonds.

Prep time: about 40 mins.
Yield: 6 Servings
Serving size: approx. ⅙ of the quiche


⅓ cup Elmhurst™ Milked Almonds
1  Savory Pie Crust, 8”
8 Eggs
⅓ cup Diced Ham
½ cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
To Taste Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs and Elmhurst™ Milked Almonds together until well combined.
  3. Add ham and cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and whisk together.
  4. Pour the mixture into pie crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  5. Cut quiche and serve warm.
