Caramel-Cashew Macchiato

A caramel-espresso macchiato with foamed Elmhurst™ Milked Cashews.

¼ cup Elmhurst™ Milked Cashews

2 Espresso Shot
1 tbsp. Caramel Sauce


  1. Brew espresso and put in two espresso cups.
  2. Whip the Elmhurst™ Milked Cashews in a mixer on high until foamed and spoon onto the espresso.
  3. Drizzle with caramel sauce over the top and serve.
