Banana Walnut Pancakes

Classic pancakes made with our Elmhurst Milked Walnuts™, chopped bananas, and cooked in a pan until fluffy and golden.

Serving Size: 3 Pancakes


1 cup Elmhurst Milked Walnuts™

1 cup Flour, All-Purpose

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tbsp. Sugar, Granulated

1/4 tsp. Salt

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1 Egg, Beaten


  1. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the Elmhurst Milked Walnuts™, bananas, milk, egg, and vegetable oil together in a separate mixing bowl.
  3. Sift the flour mixture into the bananas and mix the batter.
  4. Heat and oil a griddle.
  5. Portion the pancakes to desired size and cook on the griddle.
  6. Once bubbles start to form on the top of the pancakes, flip them.
  7. After a minute, remove the pancakes and serve immediately.

Vegan Alternative: Omit the egg.
