Apple Spice Fudge Cups

Fudge cups made with baked apples and Elmhurst Milked Hazelnuts™, with a hint of maple and cinnamon.

1 cup Chopped Apples, Baked in Coconut Oil at     400 degrees Fahrenheit
1 cup Elmhurst Milked Hazelnuts
1/2 cup Coconut Oil, Melted
3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
2 tsp. Cinnamon

Mini muffin tin with muffin liners


  1. Line mini muffin tin with 12 muffin liners.
  2. Add all ingredients into blender and purée until smooth.
  3. Pour apple mixture into each cup until filled.
  4. Place muffin tin in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes, until frozen.
  5. Remove from freezer and drizzle with nut butter if desired.
  6. To store: keep frozen.
